challenge We have worked with Diageo on a number of consumer insight projects, for both the local Argentina and Latin America regional teams.

solution Our techniques have included qualitative focus groups, ethnographic studies, competitor analysis and semiotics. For our latest project with Diageo we designed an innovative approach to immersing ourselves in the lives of a particular consumer group and accompanying them on an average night out.
