challenge We all know that traditional diets rarely help to maintain healthy weight loss and fail to motivate in the long term. With this in mind, the mission of this client was to create and build a totally different, more successful dieting relationship with clients.

solution We worked with the client team right from the word go, developing a brand and style of communication that constantly differentiated Diet Coach from the market norms. The basis of the brand promise was the support of a real flesh and bones coach, giving personalised day to day and long term support to clients. Our work has continued with the team, including a recent redesign of the website, concept videos, and relationship marketing activities.
